Public Attendance at Council Meetings

The College welcomes members of the public to observe Council meetings. Council meetings are livestreamed on the College’s YouTube channel. Registration is not required. Please refer to our schedule of upcoming Council meetings.

Please note that agendas include the YouTube link and links to additional meeting documents, as necessary.

Legislation requires Council to restrict public access to meetings, in whole or in part, when:

  • financial or personal matters are being discussed
  • an individual involved in court proceedings may be prejudiced
  • someone’s safety may be jeopardized
  • personnel matters or property transactions are being discussed
  • litigation affecting the College is being discussed.
