Rules and procedures that apply to all proceedings before the Discipline and Fitness to Practise Committees are made according to the Statutory Powers Procedure Act.

Practice direction for electronic proceedings

A Practice Direction for Electronic Proceedings applies to all electronic proceedings before the Discipline Committee or the Fitness to Practise Committee at the Ontario College of Teachers. It is intended to provide guidance and directions about matters not covered by the Rules of Procedure of the Discipline Committee and of the Fitness to Practise Committee, and to explain or clarify the Rules.
