Inspiring Public Confidence

You're invited to the College's inaugural Inspiring Public Confidence conference, Nov. 21-23 at the Sheraton Centre Hotel in Toronto. Hear keynoters Stephen Lewis, one of Canada's pre-eminent commentators on social affairs and human rights, and Wendy Mesley, an award-winning broadcast journalist, along with a host of other workshop speakers. Accounting for our actions

Attend our Annual Meeting of Members on June 7th and hear an accounting of the College’s 2011 actions to serve the public interest. We’re located at 101 Bloor Street West (just west of Bay Street) in Toronto. Keynote speaker Jean Augustine, Ontario’s Fairness Commissioner, will discuss how her office ensures that people are treated fairly when they apply to become licensed professionals in Ontario, regardless of where they were educated. Keep the drive alive

Join Ontario educators in a round of golf on July 5^th and help to support new teachers. The College’s annual charity golf tournament runs July 5^th at Glen Cedars Golf Club, east of Markham Rd., north of Hwy. 7. Your $150 fee, which includes the cost of the game, a cart and lunch, helps to fund scholarships that recognize excellence and promise in prospective teachers.
