Update for applicants: The College no longer accepts documents from World Education Services

Effective Dec. 31, 2024, the College no longer accepts academic transcripts, degree scrolls, or any other documents received from World Education Services (WES).

Will the College accept existing requests for WES to submit documents on behalf of an applicant?
The College will only accept documents from existing WES requests if:
- The request was submitted to WES before Dec. 31, 2024, and;
- The College receives the documents by July 1, 2025.
Any documents the College receives from WES on or after July 1, 2025 will not be accepted for processing.
What documents must be submitted directly to the College by granting institutions?

How can applicants and institutions submit documents to the College?
The easiest and fastest way to self-submit documents to the College is by using our Member and Applicant Upload Portal. Documents that must be sent directly to the College by the granting institution can be submitted through the Educational Institution/Organization Upload Portal.
