College welcomes proposed legislation

Proposed changes to the Ontario College of Teachers Act recommended by College Council aim to enhance the College’s ability to make more information available faster. See our reaction. 

The Ontario College of Teachers applauds the introduction of Bill 200 by Ontario Minister of Education Liz Sandals, which amends the Ontario College of Teachers’ Act (OCTA) to reflect recommendations by College Council.
