The College is committed to a fair and transparent complaint resolution and adjudication process, conducted with the best interests of the public in mind. This commitment is aided by research, adopting best practices, and external reviews, such as the one conducted by Ontario’s former chief justice, Patrick LeSage.
Following his review of our intake, investigation and discipline procedures, significant changes were made to improve the investigations process, post bail conditions and manage timelines.
We also introduced an online complaint form. This form offers the public a simple way to submit legitimate complaints about professional misconduct against our members.
