Myth or Fact: The College has the authority to decide whether a university can offer teacher education programs.
Fact:
Universities determine which programs to offer and set their own admission standards and degree requirements. The College has the authority to ensure that teacher education programs meet regulatory requirements for accreditation.

Our latest annual report is now online. The year’s theme is “Setting the Standard for Great Teaching” and the publication includes member demographics, committee reports, as well as revenue and expense information from the past fiscal year.
