Do I need to contact the College when I successfully complete an AQ course?
No. When you successfully complete an AQ course through an approved provider, the provider automatically forwards a report to the College on your behalf. We then add the qualification to your certificate and send you an acknowledgement by email in approximately 20 business days if you have provided an email address to the College.
The qualification will appear on our public register and on your next printed certificate. Certificates are printed annually upon payment of membership fees. You can also print an updated certificate in the Members section of our website at no cost.
