The College Council welcomes presentations from individuals and organizations at their quarterly Council meetings and at the Annual Meeting of Members. As many as two presentations may be scheduled for each meeting.
Do you have a topic related to the College's work or activities that you would like to present to Council members?
If so, please complete our online form to submit your request to the Chair of Council at least 15 days prior to a scheduled Council meeting.
Once accepted, you will have up to 10 minutes to speak at the beginning of one of Council’s quarterly meetings or at the College’s Annual Meeting of Members. A further 10 minutes will be allocated following the presentation to allow you to respond to any questions from Council members.
Council may consider your input during their deliberations around a particular agenda item. They may also refer your topic to a particular committee for further consideration. For example, to the Standards of Practice and Education Committee to consider amendments to an additional qualification guideline, or to the Editorial Board for a future article in Professionally Speaking/Pour parler profession.
Presentations may be delivered in English or French and you are responsible for all material and related costs.
