College welcomes proposed Protecting Students Act
College officials working in partnership with Ministry of Education
The College’s ongoing efforts to strengthen investigation, disciplinary and reporting processes are reinforced in Education Minister Liz Sandals’ introduction of the Protecting Students Act. When passed, the new Act will include the most significant amendments to the Ontario College of Teachers’ Act since the College was established in 1997.
