Public Presentations to Council

We welcome public presentations at our Council meetings and annual meeting of members. Two presentations are allowed per meeting.

Guidelines

• Presentations can be made in English or French.
• Speakers are given ten minutes to present, with ten minutes for questions afterwards.
• Speakers are responsible for their own costs.

Would you like to make a presentation?

Submit a request form at least 15 days before the meeting you wish to attend.

Note: Council may ask for your input during deliberations on an agenda item. Your presentation topic may also be forwarded to a specific College committee for further consideration.
