Accreditation Reviews
Pre-service
Accreditation panels review each new teacher education program proposed in Ontario. Accredited programs are reviewed on a regular cycle to ensure that they continue to meet required standards. Members of the public are invited to make submissions related to the quality of initial (preservice) teacher education programs.
Accreditation reviews have been completed at the following institutions:
In-service
The College has responsibility for accrediting all courses/programs identified in the schedules of Regulation 184/97, Teachers’ Qualifications.
Additional Qualification courses/programs also include the Principal’s Qualification Program (PQP), the Principal's Development Course and the Supervisory Officer's Qualification Program (SOQP).
