Council Meeting Protocol

Members of the media are invited to attend our public council meetings. The College will provide relevant materials, agendas and documents to all journalists wishing to attend.

Protocol for journalists:

1. Visitors must register for a visitor’s pass at the reception area on the 14th floor.
2. Seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Phones and laptops must be in silent mode.
4. Photography or recording requests must be made in advance to the College Communications unit: 416–961–8800, Ext. 647.
5. An audio feed will be provided for those wishing to record public sessions.
6. Our main lobby may be used for interviews and additional photography.
7. After the meeting, visitors passes must be returned on the 14^th floor.
