Ontario Certified Teachers can receive discounts at attractions and stores throughout Ontario just by showing their OCT card or by asking when they order over the phone.

Make sure you have your OCT card with you when claiming a discount!

When visiting museums, stores and other locations offering discounts, you must show your OCT card indicating you are a member in good standing with the College. Participating organizations will not offer their discounts to those who do not show their card.

Be sure to carry your card with you and ask wherever you go — even at venues around the world — whether they'll give you an Ontario Certified Teacher discount. If an organization will not offer a discount when you show your card, you might ask them if they would like to consider offering one so they can be added to our featured list — after all, they will be reaching more than 235,000 Ontario Certified Teachers. They can email us for more information.

The College works with participating organizations to provide the most accurate information on OCT discounts. Occasionally, however, some information may change without notice. Should you find a discount that is outdated or contains inaccuracies, please email us, so we can update the entry.
